To Wynsome, Brian, Family & Friends....
With deepest sorrow, I, along with all of you, mourn the passing of Bob.   As I think about his passing, so many fond memories of all the good times we had flow through my mind...July 4th and other parties, dinners out and other get togethers, Orioles games, many trips to the Preakness, Saratoga Racetrack, and other horse racing events, and so much more.  I met Bob over 40 years ago through my deceased husband Chaka.  They were very close friends for many years, and I picture the two of them in heaven, re-united and having a grand ole time.  Bob was a wonderful, kind, generous, and thoughtful person.  Although a man of few words, he always had a way of interjecting into the conversation, at just the right moment, an insightful comment or joke that made you really think about something or fall out laughing.  Bob will forever be in my heart, and I send Wynsome and Brian love, peace, and comfort at this difficult time.  Always, JJ

Many prayers to Bob’s Family! Bob was a wonderful man and will be missed but not forgotten. I’m so thankful for his kindness  and the conversations we had over the years.  Rest in peace my Friend!

It was my honor to call Bob a friend for over 45 years. Our group celebrated the end of the summer in the beautiful Adirondacks and the Saratoga Springs area for many years. He was kind, thoughtful and had a great sense of humor. He will be sorely missed. Our condolences to Wynsome, Brian and family.

50 years of memories!
We will never forget the great times we had together ❤️

Bob Stuart was of great assistance to me during my years as Air Force comptroller.  In addition to being knowledgeable, he was also pleasant and kind.  We will miss him.

It was my honor and good fortune to know and work with Bob during my years at DoD.  A true gentleman, dedicated professional, and wonderful human being who epitomized dedication to mission and public service.  It also was my distinct privilege to recognize his legacy in Air Force Financial Managent by naming an Award in his Name, bestowed annually, to those deserving of it.

Although I had not seen Bob for quite a while, I have had the pleasure of knowing him for 40+ years.   We were both young when we started working in Air Force Financial Management in the Pentagon, spent our careers there, and retired the same year.  He always kidded me about how many hours, days, and years that was.  I have many fond memories of his kindness, patience, and great sense of humor, to name a few.  I feel fortunate to have known him.  May he rest in peace.  My sincere condolences to his family.

A professional honor to have served with Mr Stuart in the AF.  A really smart and steady hand — he was a calming influence and made all of us better who worked with him.  May God’s promise bring peace to his family and loved ones.

Unfortunately we did not meet Bob until later in his life but we enjoyed the time with him. He was very kind and always a pleasure to work with.

Bob Stuart was the glue that held us all together in the budget site! He was smart, calm and had a great sense of humor. The Air Force FM is a better place because of him! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family!

Bob Stuart was a class act.  He was a smart leader, kind person and enjoyable to work with on so many tough issues we faced in the Pentagon.

He lived his family, friends and country.  A final salute to Bob.  Condolences to his family.

Bob Stuart was one of the finest Americans I have ever known.  I first met him on  September 15th, 2001 right after the planes hit the Pentagon.  We worked together for four long years during those challenging times.  I relied on his wise wisdom everyday.

He will be missed by us all,

Mr Stuart was an amazing, smart, kind and down-to-earth boss/man.   Totally enjoyed working for him as his Exec in SAF/FMB.   I was so saddened to hear of his passing!   Rest in peace!
