Roy Franklin Powell, Jr. of Falls Church, VA passed on April 13, 2022 leaving behind his wife of 63 years, Beverley Powell, his son Michael Powell, his daughter Kathe Powell (Darryl Graham), grandson David Graham, and brother James Powell. A private Memorial will be held at a later date.
