Ruth Anne Lambert (Age 77)
Monday, January 26, 2015 passed away peacefully at her home in Falls Church, VA from cancer. Beloved wife of the late Ray D. Lambert. She is survived by her Mother Gertrude Louise Sullivan; sister of Betty Megee and Paul Sullivan and four sons, Ray (Pam), Robert (Brenda), Rodney (Liz) and Randy (Jennifer); ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 29, from 2:00 p.m.to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 W. Broad St., Falls Church, VA. Services will be held, at Murphy Funeral Home on Saturday, January 31, at 11:30 a.m. with interment to follow at 1:00 p.m. at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ruth's name to the American Cancer Society.
