Sam and I played video games together for ten years. We never met but we were so close we could read each other's minds in the games we played.  

He brought such joy to my life and we always knew exactly what to say to cheer each other up or make each other laugh out loud.  I don't know what else to express, except he is greatly missed.

I met Sam through a video game more than 10 years ago. We were total strangers, we never even knew eachothers' names or what we looked like, but every time I played with him, I had the time of my life. His character as a person and the friends he kept led me to a group of lifelong friends that I cherish every day, my confidants and brothers-in-arms through the struggles of life. Due to time and life circumstances, I never got to meet Sam, and I wish I could have talked to him again before he left us. I give my sincerest condolences to his family, and wish you all strength through these difficult times. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet him all those years ago, and God speed, Sam.

My heart is with the Yung family. These were my childhood friends, but it felt more like family. Sam was the big brother for everyone. He knew all the latest trends and everyone wanted to be like him, especially me. He would protect us and help us in any of the games we were playing. I will cherish these memories forever. Thank you for the greatest childhood memories, Sam.

We hold on to hope that God will grant Sam the justice he deserves. May Sam rest in peace. We love him deeply and will carry his memory in our hearts forever.
