I remember you back in Westfield volunteer class like over 9 years ago.  I wish I could've had you by helping you with many skills to learn, and it was such a great spirituality to think much about you!  Give prayers; precious mind; dignity and respect to others who cared about your independent living.  I miss you and as always,  I love you so much!  Also, your mom and dad are so happy that they have been the very best people ever and I'm very thankful for you in my life, no matter what you do to try to take advantage of yourself by doing most of your school activities and work really hard like me and the teachers had watched you a couple of times asking for your bracelets.  So, glad that I came to your service back in a day. What's so ever? We would remain your memories safe to come through and have your existing chapter just to view your significant perspective.  It's been a pleasure and delightful moment to what you had accomplished so far up to a stage and put a smile on top of your face.  RIP my dear.

First I want to thank all you who came to her service, wrote on this site, and talked to me about Sammi. 
I was truly humbled by the outpouring of love and the stories of my daughter touching so many lives so positively.
For me, words can't describe the blessings I received from my daughter during her short time on earth. She'll always be in my heart, soul, and cherished memories. 
I'll close with Sammi, I love you, I always will and I know God is taking care of you. This isn't good-bye, it's until we meet in Heaven someday

Sammi - I received a notice today that the guest book would go away shortly. I just wanted to let you know that I think about you often here at Dewberry...and when I do, it's always with a smile. Many of your Davis Center friends are at the Dewberry worksite this year and we have had a couple of days where we chatted and shared fun Sammi stories. There's never a bad tale in the bunch. My sweet angel, Sammi.  Mrs. S showed me how to make postings on your guest book.  Last Mon., Mrs. S drove me to the cemetery, and we were able to find the Flower Garden. Your resting place was already decorated nicely with an Easter theme.  I brought you Coconut, the first of many American Girl animals.  I brought the black cat Halloween decoration you picked out. And a Powerpuff girl -- in remarkably good shape. I also brought you your favorite mint lip balm - the green and white striped egg, a flower, and a card with a doggie on it, saying how much I've been thinking of you.  I miss you so much.  You are the apple of my eye.  I'm going to come to visit you on Easter, and I'll be sure to bring some tasty treats!  Love Always, Mom

Yesterday we celebrated your 21st birthday with flowers, balloons and teddy bear. Liz, Grandpa, Grandma and me are all there to see you. Liz weeded your resting place. We do miss you and love you so much. We will always visit you and you are in our thoughts forever!

Dear Sammi, A good friend of mine sent me this wonderful bouquet of flowers yesterday. It is a mainly pink floral arrangement with hints of purple flowers hidden in there. Those were you two favorite colors. The pink in the bouquet represents love, friendship, and feminine qualities. The purple in the bouquet represents wisdom, dignity, independence, creativity, mystery, and magic. You were a wonderful girl with plenty of feminine qualities. You had a big, loving heart. You were a creative soul that had unexpected wisdom, and you were a kind friend and person in general. You truly represent the qualities from the colors pink and purple. You left a lasting impact, and I learned a lot from you. Thank you for everything, and I really miss and love you.

Sammi, words can't  describe how shocked I was to find out about your passing. I miss seeing you smile. Everyday you would come in my room towards the end of the day for bus dismissal. We would share lots of smiles. I can remember the first year you were at Davis and in my classroom. We had tons of dance parties. We would rock out to Marron 5. I hope you rest easy my dear friend.

Today we attended Davis/Dewberry tribute for you. We are so moved seeing your friends deliver their speeches, all your teachers loves you dearly. They also made a poster and PowerPoint presentation.  They gifted us with a butterfly tree and cookies too.  We went out and each of us releases purple balloons.  We are so proud of your Sammi and we dearly miss you! We love you so much!

I met Sammi briefly when she joined the Davis Center students at my firm, Dewberry.  Unfortunately I never had the chance to get to know her better, but seeing her in the hall with her smiling face and in the cafeteria at lunch, chatting eagerly with the other students and teachers - a nice way to remember a lovely girl. My thoughts and prayers are with the Posey family and to all who knew Sammi.  She'll be smiling down on all of you.

Can't find the right words to express our loneliness without you. The pain was unbearable everytime we visited your resting place. Our only consolation are the happy memories, the laughter and your beautiful smile. We love you forever!

While I did not know who Sam was in life, I knew of her thanks to her older sister Caitie. I remember her telling me stories about Sam, things she said and even bands she likes. Sam seems like such a wonderful young woman and I regret wholeheartedly not meeting her so that I could experience that shining light of hers.
