Sandra LeeAnn Lukowsky

Beloved wife of the late Richard P. Lukowsky, loving mother of Rick (Cheryl) Lukowsky, Stacy (Darrell) Snow and Scott Lukowsky; grandmother of Josh, Ashley and Jamie. Also survived by many loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends and relatives at National Funeral Home at 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042 on Monday, September 14th at 5:00PM. A secondary visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th at 9:00AM in the chapel, immediately followed by the Funeral Services at 11:00AM. Interment at National Memorial Park immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association.
