On Sunday, November 10, 2013, Dr. SANFORD KAY of Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of 56 years to the late Diane Kay; devoted father of Bruce (Marcia) Kay, Teri (Richard) Reinitz and Michael (Nancy) Kay; cherished grandfather of Jason (Jessi), Josh (Sarah), Steven and David Reinitz, Jennifer, Sara and Margaret Kay; great-grandfather of Teddy Reinitz. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 13 at 12:30 p.m. at Congregation Beth El, 8215 Old Georgetown Rd., Bethesda, MD 20814. Interment to follow at 2 p.m. at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA. The family will be observing Shiva at his former residence starting November 13, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. through Thursday, November 14 with evening minyan at 7:30 p.m. Contributions may be made to Congregation Beth El or the charity of one's choice .
