

She was born in Boston, MA on March 9, 1945, to the late Max and Rachel Greenberg. She graduated from Newton High School in 1963. She attended one year at Newton Junior College.
She worked as an administrative assistant to Dr. Kerry Lewis for about 15 years.
She loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her thoughtfulness and care for others.
She is survived by two daughters, Jill (Vance) Ward, and Karen Edwards; one son, Eric (Jackie Villanueva) Brown; three granddaughters, Samantha Ward, Rivka Edwards, and Delaina Dominguez-Brown; two step grandsons, Zak Ward and Zane Ward; one brother, Harvey (Ann) Greenberg; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to, Frederick Silverado Memory Care, Frederick Health Hospice, many members of their extended family, and her in-home caregiver, Mary, for their dedicated care and service to Sheri.

The graveside funeral service will be held at the King David section of National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 1 o’clock. The family will receive guests at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA at 12 o’clock. Following the graveside service, the family will host a light reception at the funeral home. National Funeral Home is assisting the family.
