Stanley M. Galkin

Born on October 14, 1930 in New York, he was the son of the late David and Rose Nacht Galkin.

Mr. Galkin is survived by his wife Marcie Galkin of Stevensville, MD; his children, Kathy Angert and her husband Michael of Germantown, MD, Robert Galkin and his wife Arlene of North Potomac, MD, Laura Vanzandt and her husband Scott of Arlington, Tenn., Mercedes Kline and her husband Paul of Washington, DC and Edward Terrones of Silver Spring, MD; seventeen grandchildren, Eric Haden, Joey Terrones and Andria Clark, Jason Terrones, Joshua Angert, Evan Angert, Trevor Angert, Kyle Galkin, Nicholas Galkin, Jonathan Cohen, Justin Cohen, Adena Cohen, Allison Cohen, Coral Stanton-Terrones, Gil Kline, Matan Kline, Chloe Vanzandt, and Curtis Vanzandt; two great grandchildren, David Sacrey and Malkiel Cohen; sisters, Joan Bedell and her husband Jay and Sandy Galkin; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A graveside service will be at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at King David Memorial Gardens, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042.
