Stephen Miller of Falls Church, Virginia, died February 23, 2024 at Fairfax Inova Hospital, where his daughter, Lauren, was born 34 years ago. Steve is survived by his wife, Judy, and his daughters, Lauren of Chicago and Sharon of Tucson. Steve was born in 1932 in Brooklyn , New York. He attended the University of Pittsburgh and Ohio State University Law School, after which he was a member of the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service for 37 years. Steve held many positions: Trial attorney, District Counsel in the Buffalo, Deputy Chief Counsel, and the Special Litigation Attorney in charge of the national trial attorney program. His 100+ cases included Willie Nelson and Muhammed Ali.
