He was born in Taiwan on August 29, 1953. Steve graduated from Taiwan Shijie Xinwen zhuanke. He started working for China Airlines in March 1982 and retired in May 1995. He moved his family to US after his retirement from China Airlines. He worked at his brother David’s computer company for several years and joined TCK trading company in NY City.
He had a passion for antique especially Chinese antique. He used his free time collecting antiques while traveling around the world during his work assignments. He started his own antique business, YU TONG.
Steve is a kind, generous, and easy-going person. He loves his children, nieces, nephew, and grandchildren.
He was survived by his Mother Kuan-Jung Yu; Children Johnny Pao-Jen Yu, Amy Li-Jen Grigg, and Elizabeth I-Jen Yu, Grandchildren Peter Grigg, James Grigg, John Grigg, and Sophie Yu; Sister Frances Roh-Chi Henry.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 3PM, Sept 1, 2019.
