It’s a big comfort to read the expressions from all the people who know you. I’m so glad that you have been loved by many people beside us. To me, you’re the best kind of brother one can wish for: caring, cheerful, and always sharing all you have with everyone. We’re very fortunate to have you in the family. Never met a colleague who gave so much as unconditionally and with as much humility as Tri did. You --his family-- must have known that about him a family member, a friend and a confidant. Tri was a great guy.  Such a terrible loss.  He will be missed.  My heart goes out to his family and friends.

I met Tri a few years ago at CBP.  Although, I did not know him so well, I usually saw him in the hallways at CBP.  He was always smiling, very polite, and humble.  He was a great person and will be missed.  My condolences go out to his family for this terrible loss.

I met Tri when I worked in Washington, DC at the White House and he was a very nice man. He was a computer Tech and was so engaging when helping you with correcting the computer issues. My blessing to a very kind man. He will be missed.

I met Tri at work and he was known to me as Mr. Starbucks! I greeted him every morning as he walked to his cubicle holding his coffee. My deep condolences to the family for their loss.

I was fortunate to have meet Tri Tran while I was in the position to hire talented engineers for DHS\CBP.  Tri was humble, smart, bright, and willing to both teach and lead by example.  He was often quiet in his approach, but his work touch many people, groups, and projects throughout the DHS community.  Tri had a unselfish attitude and you felt comfortable in his presence.

Tri is a individual that you don't forget.  He has a refreshingly positive attitude.  The lessons his being taught, will be with me forever.  I may not have the same sense of sensibility Tri had, but I can draw from his being.

It is with great sadness that I write this note to convey my condolences to the family.  Please know that Tri was a huge asset to the OneNet team.  As others have stated he was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful.  Not only will his expertise be missed but also his kind and generous spirit.  May you find peace in the knowledge of this.

Tri remains in our thoughts and prayers and his family has our sympathy.  Everyone who has had the pleasure of knowing such a caring person has been blessed.  May God watch his family and help them through these difficult times.

I would like us to stop for a few minutes to remember the loss of our very dear friend and colleague of ours who we all worked together and shared our moments of joy, happiness, sadness, difficult and good times since the year 2000. Tri Tran was a very giving person and all of us now remember him in the things he helped us with, taking that extra time to assist, teach, and explain to others without asking anything in return. Tri Tran was a generous person, giving his personal items to others. He was a very intelligent and very smart person and he made the difficult look easy and the hard to reach achievable and as a result was a motivation for all of us. He shared his knowledge and experience with us. Tri never gave up when tasked with the hard projects or when faced with difficult situations, never took the easy road. Stayed long after every one was tired and gone home and was the first to be back the next day to make sure that things were done right. Yet for all his knowledge and all his work Tri was a very humble person. He was a true team player and made everyone feel as important as he was on the team. Tri loved life and  was happy with the friends he kept not the material things he possessed (and gave out). 
We all watched Tri grow over the years. Tri was one of those guys that we now reflect and say why him so soon. Maybe the good ones go to Heaven first.

Tri was an amazing coworker and friend! It is with great sadness that I write this. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I will truly miss my dear friend. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

I could not beleive we lost Tri, He was seating very close to me. There was not a single day I did not met him. He was the coolest and very intelligent person in our OneNet team. He was ver kind and extrmely helpfull for the whole team, excellent team player.

Life is too short as it is, for a senseless accident to take the life of really good person it is truly a tragedy. May the days and weeks that follow your family you find comfort in the life you shared with a truly amazing man!

Tri was not only a very good colleagues of mine for 10 years but he was one the best friends whom I placed beyond my professional companions. Probably, there was not a single working day that we two did not sit together and share things ranging from simple humor to work related serious staff. We were so close that we even used to share our family happenings - good or bad. 
Tri, I will miss you but you will be very alive in my thoughts and prayers.

Tri was such a kind and gentle person. He was a great mentor and selfless giving friend. If anyone asks questions or a favor from Tri, his answer was always "no problem". We'll miss him terribly.

I am very sad that I lost my team member and friend Tri Tran.  He was a wonderful, gentle, and extremely intelligent person with a kind heart.  I will really miss him.

Tri was a gentle soul. He was known as the Cisco guru with a big smile. Tri was always working on improving himself with another certification or new technical expertise. He was a true professional and a wonderful teammate. I will miss his radiant energy. Tri's life was tragically cut short but the positive impact he left on us will always be remembered, loved and cherished.

I have known Tri for last 10 years. Tri was one of my great collegues, a warm, generous, rich and humble individual. He always been generously to share his IT knowledge with his collegues. He treated people friendly, warmly, and politely. It is great loss for all of us to loss a friend like him, we will miss him a lot. May God bless him and his family in this time of sorrow.

I am still so devastated. Tri was an incredibly gemtle and nice guy. He was so patient and taught me so much. I am deeply saddened.

I am so shocked at Tri's passing.  He was always a great part of our team when we worked together and he will be sorely missed.  Tri was always someone we could count on to tackle tough technical problems and he freely shared his knowledge with his team mates.
