

Nguyen-Pho Quoc Tuan was born in Saigon, South Vietnam to Nguyen Bich Luu and Pho Thi Phuc An on March 17, 1956. He went to school at Marie Curie High School. He married Pham Ngoc Mai on July 4, 1996 in Virginia. He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Tuan owned a tax service and financial planning firm in Vienna, Virginia for more than 40 years and for 35 years, he was also the owner of Orchids for You Showroom, a thriving specialty orchid nursery in Vienna. During his early years, he was a corporate advisor to his mother, President of the Asian American Golden Age Center, a non-profit organization incorporated in Vienna. As to hobbies, Tuan loved to fish. He also became a skilled singer, well known within the Vietnamese community for his interpretation of Elvis songs.
Tuan is preceded in death by his father Nguyen Bich Luu.
Tuan is survived by his mother Mrs. Nguyen Bich Luu,
his wife Pham Ngoc Mai, his daughter Nguyen-Pho Mai Anh, his brothers Nguyen-Pho Quoc Dung, Nguyen-Pho Quoc Thang and his sisters Nguyen-Pho Hong Viet, Nguyen-Pho Tuyet-Hoa, Nguyen-Pho Ai Nhi, and Nguyen-Pho Thanh Thuy.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on January 28, 2022 at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042, (703) 560-4400.
Burial will be at 11:00AM on January 29, 2022 at Fairfax Memorial Park, 4401 Burke Station Road, Fairfax VA 22032, (703) 323-5202.
