Violet Liberti was raised in a suburb of New York City, and she and her husband raised four children. She has been a lifelong, active Catholic and a proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In her lifetime, she was a professional artist and textile designer in New York City and New Jersey. She sang in several church choirs.
Over her lifetime, Violet enjoyed china painting, crafts, swimming, choir, and spending valuable time with her family. She had a smile for everyone and always lit up the room when in the company of others.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 27 at Murphy’s Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA, from 4-7 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 28 at St. Philip Catholic Church in Falls Church at 10 am. Burial will follow the mass and a church reception on October 28 at Laurel Hill Memorial Park in Spotsylvania, VA.
