Virginia Dawn Banks passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at her home in Reston, Va. Devoted mother of Patricia Lorene Gibson (Elwood), Laura Beth North (Gerald) and Martha Jean Formeck (Charles). Also survived by seven grandchildren. She retired from Civil Service at the Pentagon in March 1996. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th at 1:00 PM at Floris United Methodist Church, 13600 Frying Pan Rd., Herndon, VA. Private interment was previously held.
