Walter Jackson Wiley, 78, passed away on February 28, 2018 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Edith; loving children, Terry Wiley and wife Bonnie, and Crystal Wiley and fiancé Glenn Berry; his cherished grandchildren, Robert Wiley and wife Elizabeth, Tarah Butler and husband Allen, and Taylor Stedman; his precious great grandchildren Olivia and Mason Wiley, Rowan and Raegan Butler, and Brayden and Andre Gutierrez; and his two sisters Emma Lee Whisler and Roberta Clark.
There will be a visitation at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042, on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in the chapel at National Funeral Home at 10 am followed by a graveside service at National Memorial Park where Walter will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Walter’s name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (www.michaeljfox.org).
