Warren was born in Brooklyn, NY to Alter and Mina Teitelbaum on November 7, 1948.
Wally, as he is known to friends and family, was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. He was honorably discharged in 1969. In 1978, Wally was co-founder of Mattress Discounters and in 1991, The Maven Group, working in acquiring and developing commercial real estate.
Warren is preceded in death by his parents, his son, Adam Teitelbaum and his brothers Joseph Lytell and Jerry Lytell.
Warren is survived by his wife, Luciana Teitelbaum, his children, David and wife, Jenny Teitelbaum, and Jason Teitelbaum, his sister: Eda Mayer and husband Sam, his grandchildren: Stacy Sonifrank and husband Edward, Daniel Teitelbaum, Brian Teitelbaum, Eric Teitelbaum, and Autumn Teitelbaum and great-grandchildren: Ella, Lee and Brayden Sonifrank and Dawson Teitelbaum, and a host of special nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Teitelbaum, Brian Teitelbaum, Eric Teitelbaum, Edward Sonifrank, Craig Holmes, John Weaver.

The Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 24 at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.
The Funeral services will be held from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 24 at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042 with Rabbi Deitsch officiating.
The Burial will follow from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at King David Memorial Gardens at 2717 Hollywood Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. The Family will receive friends and family for shiva services, from 6:00-8:00 p.m following the burial service at the Teitelbaum home at 1 Little Harbor Way in Annapolis, MD.
