

On Thursday September 23, 2010, William Randolph Perrin Sr, age 82 of Springfield Virginia passed away. Mr. Perrin is survived by his wife of 59 years Betty, two daughters, Patty Meadows of Fairfax Station VA and her husband Greg, Suzanne Iliff of Springfield VA, and four sons, William R. Perrin Jr of Springfield, VA and his wife Amber, Robert J. Perrin and wife Jane of Rock Hill, SC, David L Perrin of Fairfax Station Va, and John R. Perrin of Rock Hill SC. Mr Perrin also had 11 grand children, Kristina Perrin, Carli-Jean Perrin, David William Howard Perrin, Becky Brewster, Christopher Meadows, Daniel Meadows, Samantha Iliff, Elily Iliff, Jessica Iliff, Savannah Perrin, and Chase Randolph Perrin plus 5 great grand children.
Born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Mr. Perrin was the son of Howard R. and Florence S. Perrin. Mr. Perrin attended Klamath Union High School and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon. In 1967 Mr. Perrin moved to the Washington DC area and worked as an Accountant for various federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Transportation. A hard worker all of his life, Mr. Perrin continued to work after his retirement with the federal government. He was employed at Sherlin Incorporated and continued to work until his recent illness three weeks ago.
An avid golfer, Mr. Perrin was an enthusiastic sports fan.
Visitation is scheduled on Tuesday September 26th at 11:30 am at the National Funeral home in Falls Church VA. Funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm with burial to follow at National Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the charity of your choice or the scholarship program at Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon.
