Xavier Alvin Henschel

While in high school, Xavier was starting left tackle for the Langley Saxons football team. Before that, Xavier was a member of the Liberty Mountain Racing Team at the Liberty Mountain ski resort in southern Pennsylvania.

Xavier graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and was pursuing a Master’s degree. Xavier served as Team Maintainer on Virginia Tech’s SAE AutoDrive Challenge team. He previously worked as Soldering Technician for Adecco and Repair Manager for Verizon Device Doctor. Xavier also founded a tech company called blacksburgdata LLC.

Xavier is survived by his parents, Rouget F. Henschel and P. Natalie Johnson, his brother Conrad F. Henschel, his grandmother Rose-Marie J. Henschel, 4 aunts, 2 uncles, and numerous cousins, grand-aunts, and grand-uncles.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM on May 17, 2025, at the National Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042.
