Carole Ann Keane

Carole Ann Keane, age 77, passed away on July 24, 2024, in New York, New York where she was also born. Preceded in death by her husband, Charlie. Beloved mother to Jeannine and Jennifer, also leaving behind her grandchildren, Skylar, Holly, Jenna, and Isabella. Dearest sister to Gloria and Robert, dedicated aunt to nieces and nephews, Cathy, Patricia, Sean, Jason, Robert John and Ilonna. Best friend and lifelong companion of Stamatis Malahias. And of course, her best dog Buddy, who went everywhere with Carole. Carole truly loved life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, gardening and creating through artwork. She was known for her independent spirit, inquisitive nature, and early advocacy for women's rights, a passion influenced by her grandfather, a minister. Carole possessed a keen sense of observation, often bringing laughter and unity to her family with her witty remarks. Her memory will remain forever etched in our hearts, and all those whom she has touched.   Family, friends and others whose lives Carole touched are invited to Arthur F. White Funeral Home, 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale, NY 11735, Thursday, August 1st, from 10am-12pm to grieve, reminisce, and support each other. Interment following at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
