Johnson, Linda A., 60, of Levittown passed away November 1, 2022. Cherished wife of 25 years to Ron. Devoted and loving mother of Ryan and Jason. Beloved daughter of Barbara A. Abrams and the late Louis J. Abrams. Adored sister of Robert (Eileen), Kathy, Christopher Blades (Jennifer), Scott (Lisa) and Stacy. Treasured aunt of Alison Palumbo (Randy), Christopher, Lindsay, Alexa, Ashley, Zachary, Anthony, and Nicholas and great-aunt to Grayson. Dear friend to many. Reunited in Heaven with her beloved dog Gretha. Linda’s family was the light of her life, and she loved making memories with them. Behind her loud exterior, she was sentimental, dedicated, and strong. Linda was a character, she was upbeat, loud and always had everyone laughing with her quick dry wit, and creative insults. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, walking the boardwalk, watching Big Bang Theory, Hallmark Christmas movies and sitting on her front porch swing with a cup of coffee. She loved listening to country music, especially George Straight and Garth Brooks. Her favorite songs were Friends in Low Places and Cross my Heart. Although you would never catch her sitting at home watching sports on TV, she never missed a chance to watch her children play. Linda loved to travel and looked forward to going to the Pocono’s every year with her entire family. Even though she is never allowed to book the reservations again, the family will never forget their “beautiful” experience at Alvin Cabins. She loved the colors pink and purple, waterfalls, dogs and hyacinths. Linda was an exceptional cook, and her family favorites were shrimp scampi and linguini with white clam sauce. Her favorite meal was leg of lamb with roasted potatoes with an unsweetened iced tea. Her overall presence made an everlasting impression on anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be greatly missed. The family will receive visitors Sunday, November 6th, 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Monday, November 7th, 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Service Sunday, November 6th, 8:30 pm at the funeral home. Cremation Private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Linda's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; stjude.org or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation; crohnscolitisfoundation.org.
