Robert L. Morris

Morris, Robert L., of New Port Richey, Florida, formerly of Bay Shore, New York, passed away unexpectedly after a long battle with heart disease on February 5, 2024 at the age of 65. Beloved son of Rosemary and the late Robert. Loving brother of Brian (Dora), Scott, Cynthia F. Litras (Michael) and Rosemary Korman (Jan). Adored uncle of Victoria, Justine, Jonathan, Alexander, Zachary, and Jackie. Bob was a proud graduate of CW Post University, earning his bachelor’s degree in history. He was a project manager and worked at many places throughout his career. Bob moved to Florida eight years ago, where he was able to enjoy all his favorite things, sunsets, live music, being on the water, and a good bourbon. The move allowed him to take up golf, join the YMCA, and make many friends. Bob’s personality was one of the best parts of him, he had a unique sense of humor that led many to suggest he should be a stand-up comedian. He loved to joke and laugh with friends and family and was often the light in the room. Although his presence will be forever missed, his memory will live on forever. A memorial visitation will be held Sunday, February 25th, 2-6 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. Memorial Mass Monday, February 26th, 11 am at St. Kilian RC Church.
