Truly a dedicated servant of God, had a great family that worshiped her. She was one of the kindest people that I have ever met. Praying for the family at this time but she is now with a new body with no more sickness and hurting and am sure that she is having a great time with those who have passed on before.

I worked with Mrs. Carte for many years at The Fayette Tribune, and she was truly one of God's most faithful children -- caring, kind, and a truly good friend. I have missed her since I moved away. I pray God's peace for her family, but I know she is rejoicing with her Savior and finally free of pain. Praise God.

Mrs. Carte was one the kindest women I was ever fortunate to know. In my younger years I was always welcomed in her home and treated as if I was one of her children..These are memories I could never forget. The love and kindness that she showed to everyone that came to her home was appreciated by all..if you had a problem, needed a smile, talk about her life as a Christian ..Mrs. Carte was always there..Thank you for all the memories..Love and prayers to all of the family. .thank you all for accepting me in your home as your mother always did...heaven gained one of the best..Fly High ...rest in peace to the sweetest
