Aunt Doris was my Moms older sister and I will remember always as the most loving and funny of all of them. When I moved to Lake Hopatcong I called to ask where she went to Church. We became quite close those years of going to Church together and when I converted Catholic she was at the Mass to support me. She truly was my second Mom. RIP my dear Aunt Doris. I told my son we lost a prayer warrior, but have gained a guardian angel

To the family of Doris....I knew Doris from our Lake Hopatcong UMC. She was one of our saints who was always ready to help, to give advise and to share her love. She was not only a faithful child of God, but she lived her faith and was a role model for so many. I thank God for the blessing of her friendship and guidance.....Maureen Nielsen
