Mae Frances Bickley

Mae Frances Bickley, 76, of Fayetteville, passed away at home on Saturday, September 29, 2018.
Born on May 5, 1942 at Paint Creek, she was the daughter of the late Elzer Jackson Turley and Rosa Madge Puffenbarger Hively.
Mrs. Bickley was of the protestant faith. She worked as a CNA at area nursing homes. She loved sitting on the porch watching the wild life. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Raymond Eugene Bickley Sr.; daughter, Lisa Gene Bickley; sister, Barbara Turley; brothers, Elzer “Junior” Turley, James “Jimmy” Turley, William “Winky” Hope; and great-granddaughter, Aurora Smith.
She is survived by her children: Denise Bickley, Debbie (Troy W Jr.) Thorn, Brenda (Eddie) Smith, Raymond (Kimberly) Bickley Jr., Louise (Mark) Jeffries, and Kathy Blevins; brothers and sisters: Michael (Connie) Turley, Marjorie (Gary) Truman, Robert (Margaret) Hope, Betty (David) Adkins, and Kester Hively; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and her beloved pets, Sassy, Baby, and Oreo.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Pastor Joe Akers and Pastor J R Toney officiating. Burial will follow at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Monday, October 1, 2018 at the funeral home.
