After a long illness, Regina Marie Robinson Redden passed away on March 5th in Salem, Virginia. Born on January 13, 1981 to Robert Ray Robinson and Nancy Bragg Robinson as Nellie Mae, as a toddler she went to live with John Robinson Sr. and his wife Sylvia Royal Robinson. Although she was biologically their niece, in their hearts and minds, she was their daughter and they raised her as such. For many years as a child Regina was often with her cousin Tiffany (Blake) Robins as they played on the Royal homestead; they were sisters at heart and remained very close until her passing. Regina graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1999 and also married her childhood sweetheart with whom she had three children: Devin, Jayland, and Kaley Redden whom she loved.
Regina loved monster trucks, four-wheeling, camping, tattoos, West Virginia, and the woods. She is survived by her three children Devin, Jayland, and Kaley; two grandchildren, Michael and Maria Redden Wynn; her heart-sister Tiffany Robins, and a half-brother Allen Robinson. In keeping with family wishes, she will be cremated and the family will hold a private memorial service later.
