Terry Lee Ellis, 58, of Scarbro, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020 at CAMC in Charleston.

Born on July 5, 1961 in Covington, VA, he was the son of the late Billy Shanklin Ellis and the late Edith Geneva Walton Ellis.

Mr. Ellis went to school in Oak Hill. He was a carpenter and he loved to fish.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Cindy Ellis of Scarbro; son: Terry Lee Ellis II; brothers: Billy Ellis, Wayne Ellis, Gary Ellis, John Ellis; and Jerry Ellis (Tall); sisters: Shirley Roop and Susie Washington.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.

I fell in love with Lee when I was 13. We didn't stay married but we always stayed friends. This is a picture of Lee and Tall at Weasel's 21st birthday party. It was a fun time. My heart hurts for all of you.

Lee was my friend i mean my true friend..My heart is broken because i know i am never gonna see him again hear his voice see his face or see him smile...i am gonna miss my friend god gained a special angel today ..kiss my mom Lee and hug Terry share memories and know i love all of yall ..we shared a lot special moments because he always was helping me with my house making sure i was ok..looking out for me....My husband passed 2 yrs ago and Lee always made sure my house was winterized and grass cut he loved me and i could always depend on him for anything he never told me no. ...my mom loved Lee as well ..may god rest all their souls in heaven together..i love you Lee rest easy my friend.
