have a memory or condolence to add?

February 21, 2019

My most sincere condolences to Jenifer and Chris and the rest of the family. I truly have great memories. I remember the parties at his house listening to music and dancing. Andy would come visit me on the ranch where we live and we would sit and have coffee and talk. I remember when Andy got his first car he came to the ranch to show it off and when Andy was leaving he backed up a little to much and ended with the back of his car in the ditch and we had to pull him out with a tractor. I would pick up Andy in the tractor and I remember we went up to Piru lake and on the way down the breaks gave out and we went around the big curve down from the spillway and the tractor was on the two left side tires where Andy was sitting and I grabbed him from falling off and that was scary, and when we got down the to the bottom we laughed. I could go on and share many memories but will share a few. Andy was the first out of all, he had the first car, telephone in his room and has desk in his room with things a desk needed. And had posters of Charlie Angels and had the famous poster of Farah Fawcett hanging in his room. Andy with others and myself would take hike up to the cross in Piru. Andy was truly and good friend to me and as well to the many who came in to his life. Andy you will be missed. I want to share this funny memory with Andy and other friends. One night we all decided to go to the beach in Ventura in the night we were all out there having some drinks, and I remember looking out on the shore of the beach and kept seeing the shimmer of silver on the beach, and at time I thought boy I had one to many drinks, and I decided to walk closer and seen all grunion fish coming to shore to lay their eggs, well the best part is we all started to have a fish fight and we were throwing fish at each other and we were all wet and we smelled so bad, and after we went to Denny's to get a bit to eat we poured cologne on our selves. not good. we were stared at. RIP Andy.
