I worked with Blanca at DeAnza Middle School for six years from 2001-2007. She was always so kind and helpful. I always did my best to keep her informed when I knew of concerns regarding childrens health at the school. She once told me your my ears and eyes at school. My God bless her and now she is reunited with her mom who she spoke about a lot.

Blanquita was one of those unique persons who immediately finds a place in your heart and gives you her heart with her unconditional love and friendship. My family and I had the privilege of spending some Thanksgiving and Fourth of July holidays with her, her indelible mark will be forever with us. Thank you for being a dear friend-family to us all. Our condolences to Javier and all of Blanca's beloved family. Francisco, Lupe, Angeles & Mati Castillo

Blanca,

Back in Sept 2014, my now 7 year old son was in the ICU of Cottage Children's Hospital. I owe Blanca my son's recovery. She went above and beyond her duties of a school nurse, making herself readily available whenever I had a question about anything medical concerning him. There are a few people like her, kind, generous and caring. Fue de muy sangre liviana. For the family, all of you have my sincere condolences. Rest assured that Blanca gained her immediate entry to heaven. From Olivia, Hugo (son) and Elizabeth Aguilera (daughter)
