

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Adah was the daughter of the late Alfred and Wavel Slack Creveling.
Raised in Philadelphia, she graduated from high school and went on to attend nursing school, beginning a lifelong career devoted to caring for others.
Adah dedicated more than 50 years to the home health care profession. She began her nursing career with the State of New Jersey and later joined Florida Hospital Memorial, where she faithfully served her patients and community before retiring as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping others left a lasting impact on the many lives she touched throughout her career.
Outside of her profession, Adah enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Europe, embracing new experiences and creating cherished memories along the way. She also enjoyed spending time at casinos, especially playing the slot machines, which brought her much enjoyment over the years.
Above all, Adah was a loving mother and grandmother who treasured her family. She is survived by her son, Wayne (Valerie) Woolf of Bloomsbury, New Jersey; her daughter, Michele Woolf of Fort Worth, Texas; and her two beloved grandchildren, Brandon Woolf and Danielle Woolf.
She is also survived by her sisters, Ruth Kratz of Changewater, New Jersey, and Shirl Creveling of Easton, Pennsylvania; her brother, John Creveling of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and her sister-in-law, Carolee Creveling of Daytona Beach, Florida.
In addition to her parents, Adah was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Creveling.
Adah will be remembered for her caring heart, dedication to her family and profession, adventurous spirit, and the kindness she shared with everyone who knew her. Her memory will be cherished by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
