Anna M. Massie, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on August 25, 2025, at the age of 100 in Palm Coast, Florida, after a brief illness following the celebration of her centenary. Born on July 26, 1925, in New Village in northeastern New Jersey, Anna lived in the area for 58 years. She married her late husband Osvaldo "Ozzie" Massie in 1946 upon his return from military service in WWII, building her family and creating lasting memories. In 1983 she and Osvaldo relocated to Palm Coast, Florida, to become one of the first residents on the then dirt road that was the street leading to her new home. She and Ozzie enjoyed Florida's waterways and made new friends. She is survived by her three children, Sandra, Brenda and her husband Toby, and David, and his wife Christina, as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Anna loved cooking and continued doing so into her late 80s. She had the ability to find joy and laughter in life's simple moments. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Family and friends will be received Thursday, August 28th from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 29th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast at 12:00 PM. Friends will be received one hour prior to the Mass. Entombment will follow at Flagler Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Anna's memory.
