Antonino Agostino Fallone, 79 of Palm Coast, passed away July 6, 2023 at AdventHealth Daytona. His family and friends knew him as Anthony or Tony. His family will be forever grateful to the doctors and nurses who provided him with such wonderful care.
Mr. Fallone was born August 28, 1943 in Fontana Liri, Frosinone, Italy, a son of Davide and Ida Battista Fallone. At the age of 11, he and his parents emigrated to the United States, settling in Rochester, New York and began a new life. In Rochester, he met his wife, Veronika, and started a beautiful and loving family. In 1967 Anthony and his brother Silvano started their own construction company in the Rochester area. Anthony also served in the United States Army. He and his wife moved to Palm Coast in 1978, where he started his own construction company and continued to build for the next 45 years.
Anthony enjoyed cooking, fishing, golfing, playing online poker, traveling, and spending time with his wife, children, and especially his two grandchildren. Above all, Anthony cherished his family. He loved to find new recipes and have the family over to try his creations. He also loved to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans (and have oysters) and fishing trips to the Florida Keys with his family.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, the former Veronika Gwiazdowski, whom he married May 11, 1968. Two children, Claudio Fallone of Palm Coast, and Yvette (John) Tietje of Palm Coast. Two grandchildren, Isabella Fallone Tietje, and John Nicolas Tietje. One sister, Elaine DiPaola of Webster, New York and a brother Silvano Fallone of Pittsford, New York.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
