April, who was always ready for adventure is survived by her loving mother/best friend Diane Schmittinger, Uncle Bryan Hughes, wife Kimberly, and her Aunt Millie O'Brien, many cousins, and many great friends.
April never let life's challenges hold her back. April was the life of every party, and was very clear that one should be held in her honor.
