He was born November 9, 1968 in St. Albans, WV, a son of Larry Skeen and Gloria Cobb Skeen.
He was a graduate of Peters Township High School. He was a master Locksmith and worked in the industry for over 25 years owning Big Bens Locksmith for the past 11 years. Ben enjoyed biking, boating, the ocean, Rottweiler dogs, and he was an avid artist. He was known for customizing his boats, vehicles, and homes.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Skeen, his two children Cody Skeen and Kaylee Nowak Corlazzoli, his three step children Taylor Schulberg, Tanner Wilson, and Torri Wilson, 2 brothers Tim and Jim Skeen, 3 sister-in-laws , 1 brother in law, two step brothers, 3 nieces, 3 nephews and 4 grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his mother Gloria Cobb Ransom and is survived by his father Larry Skeen of North Carolina.
He will have a celebration of life at a future date, to be determined, in Parkersburg WV.
