Betty J. Singletary, 94, of Palm Coast, FL went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 5, 2017. Betty is a native Floridian born in St. Petersburg, Fla. in 1923. She was a graduate of Brandon High School. Her family owned a feed store in Seffner, Fla, which Betty took over with her husband, continuing to run it for over 20 years. Betty and her husband moved to Flagler County in 1990 from Mango, Fla. She was a longtime member of Community Baptist Church in Bunnell and is presently a part of Refuge Bible Fellowship. Betty is survived by her husband of over 70 years, Roy Singletary; sons, Tom (Debbie) Singletary and Jim (Melissa) Singletary; 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. A memorial service, officiated by Pastor David Vannoy, will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 5:00PM at Refuge Bible Fellowship, 2323 N. State Street, Units 62-64, Bunnell, Fla. Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 4:00M until service time at Refuge Bible Fellowship.
