Age 63, of Palm Coast Florida passed on 4/18/2017. Son of the late Emerson and Teresa Haubenstein, and husband of the late Betty Haubenstein. He leaves behind beloved family members: Joseph, Kurt & Karl Haubenstein, Kathleen Makowski and Sandy Wankier along with 11 nieces and nephews. Bruce was a veteran of the Navy & Coast Guard and courageously served our country during the Vietnam War. Bruce had a huge heart and was always a person to offer help, if you needed it; he would be there. He had an outfit or costume for everything from a priest to General Custer, he loved to make people laugh. He was great with his nieces and nephews, they all loved Uncle Bruce and loved going to his house to see his trinkets, gag jokes and props. All who knew him and whose life he enriched with his kindness, humor and wit will fondly miss Bruce. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Family requests donations in memory of Bruce to, AMVETS, VFW or any Vietnam Veteran Organization.
"Let Bruce do it. Hahahahahaha" was his thing.
