

She was born November 20, 1934 in Queens, New York, the daughter of Nicholas and Christine Terrel Burriesci.
Cornelia grew up in Brooklyn and the Bronx and attended St. Helena’s School. She married the love of her life, Brian Michael McNulty, on January 18, 1958—a bond that endured over 67 beautiful years.
She worked for many years as an administrative assistant in the schools in Somers, New York. She enjoyed playing basketball and tennis, enjoyed art, drawing, astrology, knitting, crocheting and baking. Mrs. McNulty also volunteered at the Palm Coast Library where she started the library’s story time. She was also an auxiliary member of the Palm Coast Elks Club. In 1996, she and Brian relocated to Palm Coast, embracing a well-earned season of rest and enjoyment.
She leaves three children: Tom (Judy) McNulty, Brian (fiancée Kris) McNulty, and Marianne Viola; eight grandchildren: T.J., Andrew, Michael, Maggie, Mekenzie, Matthew, Annamarie, and Danielle, and eight great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Rosemary Hall, and two brothers, Frank Burrel and Nicholas Burriesci.
Family and friends will be received Monday, January 5, 2026 from 3-5 PM at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South in Flagler Beach. Service will follow at 5:00 PM.
