Born on December 19, 1934 in Long Branch, NJ, Dominic DiGirolamo, 91, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on October 1, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind a remarkable life filled with adventure, determination, and love of family.
Dominic met his loving wife Frances at Red Bank High School in NJ, a marriage lasting 72 years.
Dominic spent most of his career as a barber, initially in Red Bank NJ with his brother Nunzio, and in 2003 he started Dom’s Barber Shop in Palm Coast, which is now operated by his son Steven, grandson Dominic and grandson in-law Gavin Levron.
As a member of the Italian American Club since 1996, Dominic and his wife Frances volunteered and participated in club activities for many years and made many lasting friendships.
Predeceased in death by his father and mother, Dominic DiGirolamo Sr. and Sanitella Iannerella of Long Branch, NJ, as well as his brother Nunzio DiGirolamo of Palm Coast, FL.
Dominic is survived by his loving wife Frances, son Steven, daughter Deborah and her husband Joseph Tencza. Dominic also leaves behind his grandchildren, Arielle Levron, Dominic DiGirolamo, and Great-grandchild Maverick Levron.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th, 2026, 2:00pm – 4:00pm & 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 9th 11:00am St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, FL. 32136. Urn placement to follow in the church columbarium at a later date.
