Ella Mae Edwards

Ella Mae Edwards, nee Mann, entered into rest July 6, 2021, in Palm Coast, Florida. Miss Ella Mae was born in Macclenny, Florida on June 15, 1939. Ella Mae was one of 12 children born to Frank and Mary Mann.

She was married to the love of her life, Roger Edwards for 53 years. During that time Ella Mae was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Bunnell for over 45 years, attending every Sunday she could and volunteering in the church library. Ella Mae also worked at Bunnell Elementary, starting in the cafeteria and working her way up to being the media specialist in the library. She retired after 33 wonderful years of service.

Ella Mae is now with her loving husband Roger, and 10 of her siblings. She is survived by her 2 sisters, Doris Durham and Judy Pierce, her 3 children, Teresa McMahan married to Wayne McMahan, Richard Edwards, and Michael Edwards, married to Shirley Edwards. Ella Mae is further survived by her 8 grandchildren, Trevor McMahan married to Lacey Crowley, Kristen Nelson married to Mylon Nelson, Coleton Edwards, Rebekah Edwards, Tyler Edwards, Haley Edwards, Jordyn Edwards, and Jobe Edwards, her 7 great grandchildren, Selena Joiner, Vincent Joiner, Addison McMahan, Mary McMahan, Zane Nelson, Roger Nelson, and Blake Edwards, and by all her church family and friends. Ella Mae was a wonderful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Graveside services will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 at 11:00 am at Espanola Cemetery in Bunnell with a repast to follow at First Baptist Church of Bunnell at 2301 Commerce Pkwy, Bunnell, FL 32110.
