Frances Palazzola was born June, 17, 1922 in Brooklyn, New York. She was married to Frank Palazzola for 72 years. They relocated to Florida 10 years ago seeking assisted living and to be near family. Aunt Frances was predeceased by her mother, Frances Buoniconto and her father Onofrio Buoniconto. She leaves behind several nieces and nephews, Frances Mauro, Marie Cannava, John Cannava and Edward Cannava, Mildred Merlucci and MaryJoe Lassen.
For the past 5 years, Frances has been residing at Good Samaritan Care Center, ALF, Palm Coast, under the supervision of Dorota Koszyk-Wielgus, the owner with support from the Halifax angels. She received excellent care which helped her to maintain good health, mental and physical, until her passing on May 24, 2024. She was 101 years old, just 24 days shy of 102.
She was Aunt Frances to everyone who knew her and always gave a big smile and queen wave to those who came to visit. Although out hearts are filled with sadness our memories are filled with smiles and laughter for the good times we shared.
We will miss you Aunt Frances. May you rest in peace.
