As the sun rose in Jamaica W.I. On January 24, 1935, Blanche Brown and Leslie Fletcher welcomed their baby boy who they named Frank Lucas Fletcher. That sunlight burned brightly for 87 years. It began to dim and flicker and finally the sun set on January 23, 2022. Frank was a bright star in this world and will be deeply missed by many.
Frank loved the Lord. At a tender age, he accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior and was baptized into the Seventh-Day-Adventist Church.
Frank was a Police Officer in his native Jamaica, before migrating to the United States after retiring at an early age.
Frank was a kind and gentle soul who loved to share what he could with others. He was a Bee Farmer known to raise bees to produce honey. He was famous for playing his harmonica, often doing so at the SDA Church in Palm Coast, where he was an active member. He was also a deacon who loved to share his knowledge of the Lord. As a retiree, he was a Sargent of Arms in the Senior Citizen Association.
Anyone who truly knew him, knew he had a big heart. He'd give you anything, even if it wasn't his to give.
Frank is survived by his wife of 11 years, Beryl Thompson Fletcher, whom he met at the Lakewood Seventh-Day-Adventist Church in 2006. They quickly married and lived as husband and wife for 11 happy years. Sadly the honeymoon ended way too soon.
Frank is also survived by his six children, Brothers and Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, Grand Children, Great Grand Children, and a host of other relatives.
