Mr. Guarneri was born December 15, 1939 in Brooklyn New York, a son of Nicholas and Gertrude Mitola Guarneri.
He grew up in Valley Stream, New York then enlisted in the United States Army, serving three years. After his honorable discharge, he worked as a computer programmer while serving in the National Guard. Mr. Guarneri was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, amateur radio (WB2QAV), and was an active volunteer at Disabled American Veterans Chapter 86 in Palm Coast.
His wife of 41 years, the former Mary Louise Moody, passed away November 23, 2008.
Mr. Guarneri is survived by his daughters, Patricia and her husband John Warrick of Richmond, VA; Gail and her husband Anton Coviello of Somers, NY; grandchildren, Kayla, Sarah and A.J.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, July 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast FL 32164. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the Mass. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.
