Linda C. Rudland, 75, of Flagler Beach, FL passed away on May 4, 2021 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. She was born on September 21, 1945 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Alfred Martin and Merle Smith (Ramsey). She received her LPN License from Birmingham, Alabama. She worked in the medical field in various positions and retired from the Department of Children & Families in New Jersey. Upon her retirement they relocated to the sunny and warm Flagler Beach area. Linda was a voracious reader and a member of the Flagler County Public Library Book Club. She also enjoyed traveling all over Europe with her loving husband at her side. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Linda was preceded in death by her daughter, Curran Marie Rudland-Ward; sisters, Marcella Olliff and Katherine Chisholm. Survivors include her devoted husband of 58 years, Sam Rudland; daughter, Regan Cothron and her husband Greg Cothron; grandchildren, Zoe and Alex Cothron, Jeremiah and Cheyenne Ward; great-grandson, Logan Nugent and many more loving relatives and wonderful neighbors. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
