Maria Isolina Venable, born October 9, 1950 to Alceu and Pedrina Cardoso in São Paulo,SP,Brazil passed on from this world June 16, 2020 in Palm Coast, Fl. The devoted wife of 29 years to Robert W. Venable Jr. and loving and dedicated mother of Davi H. Landi and Conrado C. Cardoso, grandmother to Max Landi.
She is servived by her mother Pedrina M. Cardoso and 3 brothers: Luiz A. Cardozo, Pedro Cardoso, and Claudio Cardoso all of São Paulo,SP, Brazil.,a host of nieces and nephews, cousins,and friends.
Maria emigrated to the United States in 1990. She married her husband Robert in February 1991 and settled in N.E. Florida. She became a successful entrepreneur in N.E. Florida starting ”Bamboleo” restaurant and later “Bar Brazil” in St. Augustine,Fl. In Orlando,Fl. she owned and operated “Jazz and Samba Nights” night club. Maria was a Flamenco dancer and Jazz vocalist. She was the centerpiece of the jazz trio “Whitesands” 1999-2005.
Her last enterprise was”Botanica Spirit of Brazil” 2016-2019 in Daytona beach and Bunnell, Fl. in which she served many people of all walks of life as a spiritual consultant.
