Mary Joyce Bevacqua, 80, of Palm Coast, Florida-while surrounded by her loving family-peacefully transitioned to be with the Lord on May 31, 2024. Mary Joyce was born in Presque Isle, Maine on October 9, 1943 to J. Albert and Mary Leona Snow. She was a beacon of love and faith, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and devotion.
A devout believer and 3rd order Carmelite, Mary Joyce’s faith was the cornerstone of her life. Her unwavering devotion to God served as an inspiration to all who knew her, guiding her through life’s trials with grace and strength. She found solace in her prayers and took comfort in knowing that she was never alone, for she walked hand in hand with her savior.
Mary Joyce’s love for her family was immeasurable. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, creating precious memories that will be treasured for generations to come. Her nurturing presence, warm smile and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Mary Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Charles Bevacqua, her siblings Jack Snow, Jerry Snow, Marilyn (Snow) Marczynski and Marlene (Snow) Hatch, her children, Vincent Louis Bevacqua (wife Laurie), Paul Albert Bevacqua (wife Meghan), Gregory Charles Bevacqua (wife Heidi), Anita Louise Bevacqua and Yanno Joseph Bevacqua, her grandchildren, Mary (Bobko) Coots (husband Justin), Santino Bevacqua, Lucas Bevacqua, Nicholas Bevacqua, Neil Bevacqua and Rocco Bevacqua, and many other family and friends she held dear to her heart.
There will be a family gathering at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 4600 Belle Terre Parkway on Friday June 21, 2024 from 10-11am with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11am.
