We were reminiscing way back when we got married. Patty
was very kind to have our wedding reception at her house. The
guys were all in the Navy and was on The Navy basketball teem.
Joe and I got married 2-14-1964. Only the basketball teem was at the reception. They won the all Navy basketball title. Thank you for your friendship and rest in peace.

Pat, Meg McLane and I were educators at Holmes Intermediate in Alexandria, Va. There was none better. She retired from teaching but not compassion. She raised great children and her time with her grand children has sadly been too short. Rest In Peace my friend.

Pat was a dear friend for many years. I miss her terribly. We worked together at Holmes Middle School and remained friends throughout the years. She will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

We are so sorry to learn of Patty’s passing. We last saw her three years ago, in Virginia. She was nearly her old self and we enjoyed our visit very much. Patty introduced me to Jim in 1963, and in July, we will celebrate 57 years together. She made it all possible, and I am forever grateful to her. She was beautiful, intelligent, creative and a great friend. Rest In Peace, dear Patty.

I have been reminiscing today about Patty and how much she has blessed my life for the past 9 months that I have known this precious lady. Her constant smile, her contagious laugh, and always pleasant mood made me remember why I work in this industry. I shared one of many wonderful photos that I have taken of her - there are more on the Ormond Manor Facebook page if you would like to see them! This one especially blessed me, and it was taken only 2 months ago. How I will miss this precious soul - rest in peace, precious Patty! Love you always - Vicki
