Robert Joseph Dolson

Robert was born on March 13, 1956, in Beacon, NY to Margaret Ramsey Dolson and the late William Dolson. He worked as a Systems Analyst for IBM before retiring early to start a handyman service called “Dolson and Son’s”. He attended Beacon High School and Duchess Community College in NY. He was a die-hard NY Giants and NY Mets fan, but enjoyed sports of all kinds, especially golf and alpine skiing, a sport he raced competitively while growing up in NY. Robert was a gentle soul with a tender heart who was generous with his time and money to family, friends, and needy others.

Preceding him in death were his father, William Dolson, and older brother, William Dolson Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Maahs of Port St Lucie. Additional survivors include his sons, Erik Dolson and his wife Hollie; Jesse Dolson, Tyler Dolson and daughter Kelly Touponse; his brother Paul and his wife Polly; his grandchildren Skylar and Hunter; his father in-law Gus Dramis Jr and brothers in law Gus Dramis III and Michael Dramis.

His final resting place will be near his father in Ormond Beach.
