Robert enjoyed life’s adventures, especially cruising. He looked forward to his time aboard the ships, where he enjoyed the excitement of gambling and trying his luck at the slot machines. One memorable winning streak brought him a $10,000 jackpot. In his younger years, Robert also enjoyed playing the acoustic guitar, a pastime that brought him much enjoyment.
Robert was a devoted family man who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sonia, and his grandson, Robert Paul Hart III.
He is survived by his children, Robert Paul Hart Jr.; Sherry K. (Roy) Smith; Paula M. (Mack) Helmick; Tammy L. (Christopher) Miller; and Charles E. Hart, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will forever cherish his memory.
Robert’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and he will be lovingly remembered for the life he shared with those he held dear.
