Ronnie Carl Harper, 68, of Plantation Oaks passed away Tuesday, January 16th. Ron was born on August 2, 1949 in Rural Nitro, West Virginia to Alice and Emory Harper. He served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1975. Ron is survived by his wife Felicia Lee Harper and their children Jason (Angie) Garrett and Kerrie Gatton and their grandchildren Katie Garrett and Ryan Gatton of Owensboro, Kentucky.
