Rosa Elvira Holt, 88, of Palm Coast, returned to the Lord on February 24, 2022. Rosa was born in Lima, Peru on January 16, 1934 and moved to the USA in the 1960s. She worked for over twenty years as an executive secretary at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC. She and her husband, Jack, who pre-deceased her, retired to the city of Palm Coast, FL in 1991 and both enjoyed their well earned retirement for over 25 years.
Rosa is survived by her sister Pilar Guerrero Soracco, daughter Vivianne Holt, son-in-law Vincent Lyon, and numerous family members in the USA and Peru. Rosa was generous and loving to her friends and family. She will be deeply missed.
A Visitation will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 12pm-1pm with a Funeral Mass at 1pm. In lieu of flowers please send donations to The American Heart Association.
